Our Installers and Project Managers are aware that working in someone’s home is a very personal thing and because of this we ensure all our staff are trust-worthy and courteous. They are all experienced, professional engineers and work to ensure the installation is completed on time, with minimum disruption and no damage to your home or possessions.
Whatever your requirement within your residence, whether it be to create a home cinema for all the family to enjoy or a multi-room audio system, our Consultants have the knowledge and experience to make it a pleasant addition to your home. Using a control system can seamlessly bring together your home security, intercom and lighting requirements as well as your audio and visual equipment with the push of just one or two buttons.
By producing clear and precise documentation we can ensure our installations are conducted in a timely and professional manner, whilst adhering to stringent health and safety policies.
Training
All of our installations are provided with instruction manuals as standard. Once installation has been completed training is available if required. Each training session is tailor-made to your needs and requirements.
Maintenance and Support
Most AV installation companies think the job is complete once the physical installation has finished and the client pays the bill
Our Service Department consists of service professionals from both inside and outside the AV industry. This presents a wide knowledge base from which to offer an industry leading quality of service.
We have highly trained dedicated Service Engineers who are “issued” clients to form a strong association; they will carry out both scheduled preventative service and emergency call out visits.
Competence comes from training and all of our Service Department personnel have had stringent training from all the major suppliers we trade with, including a few that we don’t. This means that they are not only conversant with the hardware we install but also with other industry leading hardware.
Although we have a standard maintenance contract, we are happy to accommodate any special requirements you may have, such as 24 hour support and on-site spares. For the larger installations we can provide facilities for managed on-site Engineers and Technicians which provide the benefit of immediate response times, higher user satisfaction, and above all confidence of the users.
